Ignite 2017 Keynote Speaker & Conference Emcee – Harold Lloyd
Business: Harold Lloyd Presents
For over 25 years, Harold Lloyd has been providing educational seminars that make better teams, better leaders, and better people. His practical, exciting ideas, and dynamic presentation style are sure to entertain, energize and enlighten the Ignite 2017 audience.
Harold was President and C.E.O. of a 14-unit retail organization for 10 years. The company consisted of ten convenience stores with gasoline, two combo supermarket/discount stores, one conventional supermarket, and one deep-discount health and beauty aid supermarket. His team of 1000 associates were regarded as market leaders dedicated to superior customer relations.
Harold completed his formal education at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and went on to earn his MBA with Honors in Marketing from the University of Chicago.
For more than two decades Harold has worked very closely with small and large businesses to provide a “powerful push in the right direction!” His mission is to provide qualified, executive-level assistance to companies on a “temporary basis.” To further assist his clients, Harold authored the book “It’s About Time,” which focuses on time management and was published by Cornell University. Harold’s most recent publication, “Am I The Leader I Need To Be?” is the first book to quantitatively assess one’s ability to lead others.
Keynote Speaker – Josh Sigel

With over 14 years of senior level technology leadership experience, Josh Sigel is recognized as a thought leader and innovator in the retail food, consumer products distribution, and food technology industries. Throughout his professional career, Josh has worked with some of the nation’s largest distributors and retailers leading transformational technology initiatives.
Today, Josh serves as Chief Operating Officer of Innit, Inc. He is responsible for creating customer and partnership value as well as overseeing all other day-to-day operations. Prior to joining Innit, Josh launched his own consulting firm working with retail and technology organizations to develop omni-commerce grocery retail platforms and customer experience. During the course of his profession, Josh has served as National Vice President of Digital Media and IT Operations & Innovation at the largest organic and natural food distributor in North America, United Natural Foods
Keynote Speaker – Pete Catoe
An entrepreneur by nature and an executive in practice, Pete believes great companies are built one idea, one customer, and one employee at a time. When it comes to his business philosophy, Pete believes strongly that a unified platform is the future of retail technology, that retail platforms should be free of bulky technology stacks and messy integrations, and that retailers should strive to make a customer’s experience easy, seamless, and identical no matter where the transaction point may be. If you were to ask him, he’s “in the business of making his retail customers more competitive and their customers happier.”
Guest Session Speaker – Perry Kramer
Business: Boston Retail Partners
Perry Kramer is a leader in retail information technology, with more than 20 years of extensive experience across several types of retailers, including department stores and specialty retailers. In addition to VP and leadership positions with retailers, he has held the CIO position with a technology company and was co-chairman of the Association for Retail Technology Standards (ARTS) board of directors. Throughout his career, Perry has managed selection and implementation projects within store systems, logistics, finance, HCM, e-commerce and merchandising.
