Q: When can I register? Are there any discounts?
A: Registration is open now! There will be discounts on the CATAPULT Community Pass leading up to the conference; you’ll receive emails and myECRS news updates with available promotions. Registration closes on Monday, July 6, 2026.
Q: What will be covered at the conference?
A: Keynote speakers will offer strategies, insights, and inspiration to help you elevate your brand, outcompete your rivals, and thrive in today’s retail industry. Ignite covers a variety of topics tailored to all industry professionals in breakout sessions, panels, and roundtables, included in three tracks: CATAPULT Mastery, Business Growth, and Industry Pulse. We’ll cover new and existing CATAPULT features, use cases, industry insights, and best practices that will propel your profits higher, elevate customer satisfaction, and inspire technology adoption to stay ahead of the curb. Tips and tricks of the trade will be shared with like-minded retail visionaries to spark your mind and empower success for you to take back to your business.
Q: How do I know which sessions to attend? Are there session tracks?
A: We will have the following session tracks to help guide you through which sessions you would gain the most value from:
- CATAPULT Mastery: Tailored for IT Directors and technical professionals, this track focuses on CATAPULT tips & tricks, best practices, and hands-on learning workshops.
- Business Growth: Designed for CEOs and decision-makers, this track highlights how various CATAPULT solutions can enhance business operations and profitability.
- Industry Pulse: Open to all attendees; this track covers the latest trends and insights in the retail industry.
Q: Who should attend workshops, and do I have to pay extra to participate in them?
A: We highly recommend that IT professionals and anyone who uses CATAPULT on a daily basis attend our workshops. There is no additional fee to participate in workshops—they’re included with the CATAPULT Community Pass.
Q: When should I arrive?
A: We recommend the following schedule:
- If you are a hands-on CATAPULT user, it’s recommended that you stay for the entire duration of Ignite, arriving Saturday if you want to participate in optional pre-conference happenings on Sunday or arriving Sunday evening, and leaving sometime Wednesday afternoon. This ensures you receive maximum value out of the conference to participate in workshops, Product Lab demonstrations, networking events, and more.
- If you are an executive driving business decisions, it’s recommended that you arrive Saturday evening with plans to participate in optional pre-conference happenings on Sunday, leaving Wednesday morning. You don’t want to miss Tuesday’s Conference Party! This is the most highly anticipated event of the conference where powerful networking and connections are made.
Q: Where should I stay? Is there an Ignite hotel room block?
A: We have a special Ignite room block rate at the conference hotel. To maximize value at the conference, we recommend booking at the conference hotel. Information about booking and travel can be found on our travel page.
Q: What is the attire for the event?
A: The conference attire is business casual.
- For Tuesday’s Conference Party, it is casual – dress comfortably!
- Bring a light sweater for chilly session rooms.
- Bring an umbrella or poncho in case of rain.
Q: Can I bring a guest or plus one?
A: Of course! All CATAPULT Community Pass and General Ignite Pass registrants may bring up to (1) guest to the following events:
- Ignite Soft Launch
- Welcome Reception
- Conference Party
- Closing Event
Guests will be provided with a guest pass at the registration desk. Please include your guest’s information when registering for your pass.
Q: Is there a conference app?
A: Yes! It’ll become available in the summer. Keep an eye on your email for more information.
Q: What if I need to cancel my registration?
A: If your plans change and you’re unable to attend Ignite 2026, you may qualify for a refund of your registration fees. To request a refund, please notify ECRS in writing by emailing ignite@ecrs.com no later than June 30, 2026. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of ECRS.
