We want to hear how ECRS’ technology has helped your store improve operations, enhance the customer experience, and grow your bottom line. Share the story behind your success and the impact it’s had on your business.
How to Enter
Step 1: Tell Your Story
Write a clear story that explains how you use ECRS technology in your store. Include specific examples and outcomes whenever possible.
Step 2: Submit Your Entry
Email your story to ignite@ecrs.com by May 31, 2026. Please include your store name and contact information.
Step 3: Watch for the Announcement
The winning retailer will be announced on the Ignite website and social media channels.
Grand Prize
An all‑expenses‑paid trip to the Ignite Retail Success Conference for up to (4) team members from your business, including:
- CATAPULT Community Passes
- $2,000 travel credit applied to your ECRS account
- Hotel accommodations at the conference hotel from Sunday-Wednesday

- Eligibility: The contest is open to all ECRS customers with a current support contract.
- How to Enter: Participants must submit a written narrative (800-1500 words) detailing their intelligent and creative use of ECRS technology in their store by the deadline.
- Prize Details:
- The winning retailer will receive a $2,000 credit on their ECRS account to cover travel fees.
- ECRS will provide accommodations, covering up to four (4) hotel rooms from Sunday to Wednesday during the Ignite Retail Success Conference.
- Up to four (4) CATAPULT Community Passes will be provided complimentary.
- Selection Process: Entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges, and the winner will be notified via email.
- Deadline: All submissions must be received by May 31, 2026.
- Rights: By entering the contest, participants grant ECRS the right to use their submitted stories, logo, and associated content for promotional purposes.
- Responsibilities: ECRS is not responsible for any travel disruptions or additional costs incurred beyond the provided credit, hotel accommodations, and conference passes.
- General Conditions: ECRS reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time for any reason without prior notice.
