The retail industry is undergoing constant changes that are inevitable and necessary in the face of technological innovation and changing consumer habits. CATAPULT® was built to adapt with these changes, but technology alone isn’t enough. Keen leadership and a willingness to shift company culture are required at the executive level. Stress, pressure, and expectations can all sabotage a retailer’s ability to lead effectively, and implement change. It’s imperative that retailers uncover what barriers are hindering their ability to lead, break those barriers, and go beyond them to transform their enterprise.
Retailers who attend this session can expect to:
- learn a new model for navigating leadership development,
- participate in exercises on how to apply this new model to their staff, and
- gain a new perspective on how (and why) people succeed (and fail) at creating personal and professional change.
