Generational stagnation can lead to sluggish store performance. An enterprise that intends to thrive needs to be ever-evolving, paying attention to emerging demographics and trends. Millennials have shaken up the status quo. Angela offers up fresh perspectives on how retailers can adapt to this shift and evolve in a world where Millennials are increasingly influential.
