Now, nominations for Ignite 2026 awards are officially open. We’re inviting independent retailers and industry partners to nominate themselves and their peers—the ones who are pushing boundaries, growing their businesses, and helping shape the future of retail through their collaboration with ECRS and the CATAPULT® Community.

Award Categories
Ignite Award – The most prestigious honor, recognizing exceptional growth and success of a retailer through intelligent retailing and powerful use of CATAPULT
CATAPULT Community Champion Award – For retailers who build strong connections and foster collaboration across the CATAPULT community
Lifelong Learner Award – Celebrating retailers who consistently invest in learning and skill‑building through various ECRS training opportunities, such as Online Learning Center courses and Ignite sessions and workshops
Lighthouse Award – Honoring retailers who explore new CATAPULT features, try new approaches, and provide constructive feedback to ECRS product teams
One of Us Award – Recognizing team player retailers who embody ECRS’ values and bring positivity, collaboration, and problem‑solving to every interaction – you’d think they were an ECRS employee!
True North Leader Award – For retailers who help guide product direction and contribute meaningfully to the future of the CATAPULT platform
Golden Ambassador Award – Celebrating those who actively and proudly advocate for ECRS

How to Nominate
Nominating is simple:
- Head to the Ignite 2026 Award Nomination Form
- Select the award category
- Tell us why the business (yes, including yourself!) stands out
Nominations must be submitted by Friday, June 19.
Make Your Voice Count
This process helps spotlight the independent retailers who are shaping what’s next—not just for their own businesses, but for the entire CATAPULT community. Your nomination plays a direct role in recognizing those efforts and reinforcing a culture of appreciation and excellence.
