- CATAPULT Pass: Yes, those who registered for the CATAPULT Pass can expect to receive a refund within 30 days. If, after 30 days, you do not see a processed refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
- Success Pass: We will contact those who registered for the Success Pass to confirm your workshop selections, each priced at $99 per workshop. Any refund/charges will reflect your workshop selections.

How is this Ignite different from year’s past?
Ignite 2020 will be hosted virtually on July 27-29. Even though the format has changed, we strive to provide the same value-packed conference experience.
Our mission to inspire and empower retailers with innovative, data-driven technology hasn’t changed… but, inevitably, this industry is ever-changing and demands that our retail success community remain adaptable and ahead of the curb. At Ignite 2019, we discussed that great companies are built one idea, one customer, and one employee at a time, and, together, we’re transforming the industry. This idea still rings true today, but we’re taking it a step forward.
Ignite 2020 is all about transforming transactional data into relationships. How can we, as a retail community, enhance the consumer experience and elevate profits? By enriching the transactional experience into one that creates long-lasting relationships with consumers. As the community has grown, so has the scope and depth of what Ignite can offer the industry. You can still expect expert-level insights on how to maximize value from the CATAPULT platform, but we’re not stopping there. Ignite 2020 isn’t just about technology, or mastering CATAPULT products, it’s about mastering retail. We’re bringing in a wide-range of experts and leadership luminaries who will offer unique, high-level perspectives on how to win at retail in the years ahead.
What does the conference cost?
Ignite is an investment. We invest in our CATAPULT retailers and those retailers who attend invest in us, with their time, their money, and their trust. This collaborative relationship helps propel us forward as one retail success community. That’s why even as we expand the scope and depth of the value that Ignite offers, we’ve sought a way to keep monetary costs low for our attendees.
- CATAPULT Pass: Ignite is FREE to CATAPULT Retailers who register for the CATAPULT Pass.
- Success Pass: CATAPULT Retailers who choose the Success Pass can register for individual Success Workshop Day workshops, which are priced at $99 each. Traditionally, we’ve charged $395 to attend all workshops, however we want to allow attendees to customize their schedule and attend the courses that will benefit them the most.
- Ignite Pass: Individuals who register for the Ignite Pass will pay $99 for access to this year’s conference material and opportunities.
Note: All conference sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday are open to all attendees. The Success Pass, which includes Monday’s Success Workshops, can be purchased at an additional cost. View the registration page for a side-by-side comparison of what each pass offers.
Why does the Success Pass cost more?
Success Workshop Day is exclusively dedicated to advanced users and Success Navigators who wish to level up with CATAPULT. These workshops are comprised of small, intimate groups of retailers and are facilitated by an ECRS Consultant or CATAPULT Expert. Because this is an exclusive, hands-on opportunity, there is an additional fee to participate. These workshops are a supplementary “add-on” to the main conference to add even more value to the Ignite experience.
Each workshop is priced individually at $99 per workshop, so attendees can register for the workshops that will benefit them the most. Keep in mind, space is limited. Ignite 2019’s Success Workshop Day was booked to full capacity with a waitlist. Avoid the waitlist by registering today!

Why has CATAPULT Fundamentals been cancelled?
In light of moving Ignite to a virtual conference, we’ve chosen to refocus efforts (previously put toward planning CATAPULT Fundamentals) on other aspects of the conference. If you were hoping to attend the CATAPULT Fundamentals Pre-Conference Workshop, please see similar training opportunities on the ECRS website.
