Ignite covers a variety of topics tailored to all industry professionals in breakout sessions, panels, and roundtables, included in three tracks: HOW Track, WHY Track, and TREND Track. We’ll cover new and existing CATAPULT features, use cases, industry insights, and best practices that will propel your profits higher, elevate customer satisfaction, and inspire technology adoption to stay ahead of the curb. Tips and tricks of the trade will be shared with like-minded retail visionaries to spark your mind and empower success for you to take back to your store.
How is this Ignite different from year’s past?
Our mission to inspire and empower retailers with innovative, data-driven technology hasn’t changed… but, inevitably, this industry is ever-changing and demands that our retail success community remain adaptable and ahead of the curb. At Ignite 2019, we discussed that great companies are built one idea, one customer, and one employee at a time, and, together, we’re transforming the industry. This idea still rings true today, but we’re taking it a step forward.
Ignite 2020 is all about transforming transactional data into relationships. How can we, as a retail community, enhance the consumer experience and elevate profits? By enriching the transactional experience into one that creates long-lasting relationships with consumers. As the community has grown, so has the scope and depth of what Ignite can offer the industry. You can still expect expert-level insights on how to maximize value from the CATAPULT platform, but we’re not stopping there. Ignite 2020 isn’t just about technology, or mastering CATAPULT products, it’s about mastering retail. We’re bringing in a wide-range of outside experts and leadership luminaries who will offer unique, high-level perspectives on how to win at retail in the years ahead.
What does the conference cost?
Ignite is an investment. We invest in our CATAPULT retailers and those retailers who attend invest in us, with their time, their money, and their trust. This collaborative relationship helps propel us forward as one retail success community. That’s why even as we expand the scope and depth of the value that Ignite offers, we’ve sought a way to keep monetary costs low for our attendees.
Those who register for the CATAPULT Pass before May 1 can take advantage of early bird pricing, paying only $95. Those who register after May 1 will pay $145. We encourage you to register early to take advantage of this special early bird price.
Note: All conference sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday are open to all attendees. The Success Pass, which includes Monday’s Success Workshops, can be purchased at an additional cost. View the registration page for a side-by-side comparison of what each pass offers.
Why does the Success Pass cost more?
Success Workshop Day is exclusively dedicated to advanced users and Success Navigators who wish to level up with CATAPULT. These workshops are comprised of small, intimate groups of retailers and are facilitated by an ECRS Consultant or CATAPULT Expert. Because this is an exclusive, hands-on opportunity, there is an additional fee to participate. These workshops are a supplementary “add-on” to the main conference to add even more value to the Ignite experience. Keep in mind, space is limited. Ignite 2019’s Success Workshop Day was booked to full capacity with a waitlist. Avoid the waitlist by registering today!

If I am coming to CATAPULT Fundamentals on Monday, do I need to buy a Success Pass?
No — admission is free with the purchase of the CATAPULT Pass, but you must indicate on your registration that you plan to attend these workshops as space is limited. New to Ignite 2020, we now offer a pre-conference workshop to those who are new to CATAPULT and for those who desire a refresher on basic features and functionalities. In other words, if you aren’t quite a CATAPULT power user yet, but are eager to learn more, this is a perfect opportunity for you. This course is modeled after the Basic CAT-U course that is offered free of charge at ECRS Offices in Boone, NC. Please note that this is not advanced training. If you’re looking for advanced hands-on training, Success Workshop Day is a better fit.
Which pre-conference workshops should I go to: CATAPULT Fundamentals or Success Workshop Day?
CATAPULT Fundamentals is intended for new users (less than one year of experience). Success Workshop Day is for anyone who has already completed Basic CAT-U, and feels ready for an advanced, deep dive into CATAPULT. Not sure which is right for you? What about meals?
Breakfast and lunch will be provided each day. When registering, please include any dietary restrictions you may have so we can plan accordingly. We do our best to accommodate the dietary restrictions of all attendees. We offer entertainment each night, which includes either appetizers or dinner. All conference meals, entertainment, and events are complimentary.
How many people can I bring? (Attendees)
As we open up this conference to the industry, we extend an invitation to all of your employees — decision makers, organizational leaders, managers, marketing, IT, and anyone else you feel will benefit from attending Ignite. With the added tracks (WHY, HOW, & TREND), we encourage C-level executives and decision makers attend the WHY track to learn more about the latest technologies and products, and why they should adopt them to boost their profits.
Can I bring a spouse/partner/friend? (Guests)
Yes! Although the sessions are reserved for attendees, each attendee may bring (1) guest to the evening events. If your spouse/partner/friend works alongside you in the business, we invite them to register as an attendee.
