Our mission to inspire an independent-driven retail renaissance hasn’t changed… but our retail success community continues to grow. In 2018, we discussed our plans to “slay the giants” – we encouraged independent retailers to band together, power up (with help from ECRS), and push back against global challengers.
Ignite 2019 is all about mobilizing this community of giant slayers and examining how together, we can transform the industry. As the community has grown, so too has the scope and depth of what Ignite can offer the industry. You can still expect expert-level insights on how to maximize value from the CATAPULT® platform, but we’re not stopping there. Ignite 2019 isn’t just about technology, or mastering CATAPULT products, it’s about mastering retail. We’re bringing in a wide-range of outside experts and leadership luminaries who will offer unique, high-level perspectives on how to win at retail in the years ahead.
Ignite is an investment. We invest in our CATAPULT retailers and those retailers who attend invest in us, with their time, their money, and their trust. This collaborative relationship helps propel us forward as one retail success community. That’s why even as we expand the scope and depth of the value that Ignite offers, we’ve sought a way to keep monetary costs low for our attendees.
CATAPULT-powered retailers who sign up with a firm commitment of a $95 payment (made before May 1) will receive a credit, of equal value, good toward the future purchase of ECRS products and services. Registrants who sign up after May 1 are also eligible for this $95 dollar credit but prices will go up. We encourage you to register early to take advantage of this special early-bird price.

The first day of the conference is dedicated to exclusive Success Workshops. These workshops will be comprised of a small, intimate groups of retailers facilitated by an ECRS Consultant or CATAPULT Expert. Because this is an exclusive chance to work through retail challenges in a small collaborative group with a consultant or expert, there is an additional fee to participate. These workshops should be thought of as a valuable “add-on” to the main conference which kicks off Monday night with a cocktail reception. Keep in mind, space is limited. All Success Workshop spaces were taken at Ignite 2018 and we did have to turn away some retailers to maximize the value of the share-group style workshops for the early responders.
*Note: The workshops are free to Success Navigator subscribers (a good reason to sign up).
Breakfast and lunches will be provided each day. When registering, please include any dietary restrictions you may have so we can plan accordingly. We do our best to accommodate the dietary restrictions of all attendees. We will always have nightly entertainment which includes either appetizers or dinners. All conference meals, entertainment, and events are complimentary.
We are able to host multiple executives per business. Due to our executive focus, we recommend that Ignite attendees be organizational leaders, key decision makers, or visionaries within their business.
Yes! Although the sessions are reserved for attendees, each attendee may bring (1) guest to the evening events. If your spouse/partner/friend works alongside you in the business, we invite them to register as an attendee.
